Paul Frank is a Californian cartoonist and designer which is probably most known for his "Julius the Monkey", which can be seen pretty much everywhere at the beach, at target, sunglass shops and online.


His products and fun colors expand upon a variety of clothes, pet products, eyewear, cruiser bicycles and stationary from the things that i know.
